1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By requesting a quote or booking a removal with Trusted Removal, you accept these terms in full.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Our quotes are valid for 28 days from the date of issue. The price is based on the information provided by you regarding the volume of goods, access to properties, and distance. If any of these details are inaccurate or change, we reserve the right to amend the final cost.

3. Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure all goods to be moved are adequately packed (unless we are providing packing services).
• Obtain all necessary permissions, parking permits, and lift access for both properties.
• Be present or represented during the collection and delivery.

4. Insurance and Liability

We provide goods in transit insurance. However, our liability for loss or damage is subject to standard industry limits. Please inquire for full details of our insurance coverage. We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer.
